Housing Rehabilitation Loan Commission
This commission is established under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The commission is made up of four members and alderperson. Its role is to review housing rehabilitation applications and approve funding to qualified low to moderate income households seeking funding from the City’s revolving loan fund to improve their homes or rental properties.
