Redevelopment Authority

The Redevelopment Authority is established by State Statute.  The mission of the RDA is to eliminate blighting conditions that inhibit neighborhood reinvestment, to foster and promote business expansion and job creation, and to facilitate new business and housing development. The RDA is made up of six members and one alderperson.
