Architectural Review Board
This board is created via the Zoning Code Section 15.935. Its purpose is to review applications for approval of the exterior architectural features and design of buildings and other structures. Consist of seven members appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the City Council. At least three members shall be registered architects, one member a real estate broker, one member a general contractor, one member of the Plan Commission and one Alderperson.
The Board usually meets on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at 4pm at City Hall
